How OWL handles patient information
The doctor reviews everything

Your dictation is converted into text for you to review. OWL is designed not to keep the recording afterwards.
Indian data protection law
OWL is being built to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules as the product rolls out. That includes clear notices, consent where it is needed, access limited to the treating doctor, encryption in transit and at rest, and records of who accessed clinical data.
Hosting and storage locations are being finalised. We will share them with every clinic before it starts using OWL, together with the product’s privacy notice.
This website
This website does not ask for or store patient information. When you contact us, you choose what to share by WhatsApp, phone or email. Analytics, if used, run only after you agree, and they do not use cookies. Read the privacy policy for details.
